Pennsylvania Utility Law Project staff will provide an overview of the current utility assistance landscape, state-wide resources to assist people having trouble paying utilities, and how to protect individuals and families from the loss of utility services. Learn about current programs such as LIHEAP Cooling Assistance and what is coming down the line that you should be aware of. Presenters will cover eligibility requirements and deadlines, common misconceptions and barriers, consumer/tenant rights, and more.
