This regional VOAD conference is being sponsored by the state VOADs within FEMA Region 3 and include Maryland VOAD, Delaware VOAD, Pennsylvania VOAD, West Virginia VOAD, DC VOAD and Virginia VOAD. The event will focus on the science behind the increased intensity and frequency of storms, and other effects communities will continue to see as the result of global warming and climate change.
