The partnership between Lutheran Advocacy Ministry in Pennsylvania (LAMPa) and United Lutheran Seminary will be formally renewed as Andrea Oslikova joins LAMPa’s Policy Council as the official ULS Representative.

“LAMPa’s partnership with ULS is a long and treasured relationship in the shared ministry of forming and equipping leaders,” said LAMPa Director Tracey DePasquale. “Andrea has been such an enthusiastic supporter of LAMPa’s mission with a clear vision for our mutual work. We are thrilled that she is stepping into this role.”

Oslikova graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in History.  She also spent a year of study at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic.  She spent several years living and teaching in Slovakia with ELCA Global Mission before returning to the United States.  In 2018 she joined the Advancement Team at United Lutheran Seminary.  She currently serves as Senior Director of Major Gifts and Engagement and Co-Director of Worship Life.  In addition, she serves on Executive Council, Synod Council and committees of the Lower Susquehanna Synod.  She is working toward an advanced degree at ULS.

“I’m humbled and honored by the appointment to the LAMPa Policy Council,” said Oslikova.  I’m looking forward to listening to other advocacy leaders and learning.  In these days, I feel especially called toward peacemaking wherever it is possible.”

Andrea is an active member of Evangelical Lutheran Church of Waynesboro, PA.
