The Pa. Community Alliance Summit is a day of networking, discovering alliances and building collaboration among organizations throughout Pennsylvania that are led by and/or provide supports to diverse underserved or unserved populations who are marginalized or oppressed by the dominant culture.

Marginalization and oppression can occur based on many different socially constructed reasons: racism, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual identity and orientation, disability, economic status, region, religion and so much more.

This year, the summit will delve into intersectionality. Join us in Harrisburg to discuss and discover what is experienced when someone simultaneously identifies as a member of several communities, and consider how we can better interact with communities of which we are not members.
