Pennsylvania Immigrant and Refugee Rights Convening
June 5 - June 6
You’re invited to take part in PICC’s 5th Annual Pennsylvania Immigrant and Refugee Rights Convening!
As the pandemic hits the one-year mark, we’re reminded of the many battles, heartbreaking losses, and ongoing challenges experienced by our immigrant and refugee communities across the state and the country. At the same time, we’re also hopeful for the collective work of our grassroots organizers, community leaders, and immigrant and refugee serving organizations who are fighting for fundamental shifts in public policy and social systems.
Just five months after the new Administration takes seat in the White House and Congress, join us on June 5-6, 2021 to reflect on the year and build collective power with PICC partner organizations and communities to fight for the policies we need.
This convening will bring together members of immigrant and refugee communities, grassroots organizations, advocates, and allies from across the state, and will include live virtual workshops, networking sessions, and opportunities to meet with legislators to discuss the issues impacting our immigrant and refugee communities.
